J Sheekey Cookbook
We are very proud to have been included in the new J Sheekey cookbook, Fish. Written by Allan Jenkins, Editor of Observer Food Monthly, with recipes by the esteemed Chef Tim Hughes, this book celebrates over one hundred years of one of London’s best fish restaurants. Allan Jenkins and photographer Howard Hooley proved themselves very hardy when they spent a day fishing with Guy from the RIB in some pretty nasty weather in January 2012. They came back chilled but full of enthusiasm for our low impact fishing and the quality of our dive caught King Scallops.
